HITRANS
The Highlands and Islands Transport Partnership (HITRANS) is the statutory regional transport partnership covering Eilean Siar (Western Isles), Orkney, Highland, Moray and most of the Argyll and Bute area.
Highland Council
The Highland Council is reviewing the Inner Moray Firth Local Development Plan. As part of this project, the Council wants to ensure sustainable transport needs are addressed by ensuring Active Travel Masterplans are up to date.
Arup
Arup have been commissioned by HITRANS to deliver the project. Arup is an independent firm of designers, planners, engineers, architects, consultants and technical specialists.organisation will be doing on the project.
